Employees, officers and directors of Full Game Ahead Ltd ("Sponsor") and its respective parents, members, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, Lagoon Software Ltd, which creates the Participating Games, and individuals and entities involved in the preparation of materials, administration or fulfillment of this Promotion (collectively referred to herein as the "Sponsor and Others") and each of their immediate family members (e.g., spouse, siblings, children, parents and the "steps" of each regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household as such individuals (whether or not related), are not eligible to take part or win.

2. PROMOTION OVERVIEW:

The Promotion starts on October 18, 2026 at 6:53 AM and ends on October 18, 2026 at 7:53 AM, Paris time (CEST) (the "Promotion Period"). Each person may take part no more than once in the Promotion, as set out in Section 3.

3. HOW TO TAKE PART:

Download the Piggy Prize application from the APPLE® App Store, launch the application, complete the “registration for real-life prizes form” in the profile section featured in the main section of the game when you are invited to or at any time later, and play the game. You take part in the Promotion when you have spent at least seven (7) minutes of active play in the playable areas of the game during the Promotion Period while your device is connected to the internet. Participation is free: no purchase or payment is required, and purchases never grant participation, Magic Points or a better ranking. Each person may take part only once in each Promotion, whatever the time played. You must provide all the requested information on the registration form on the profile page of the application. Play on Piggy Prize applications obtained from sources other than the Apple® App Store, including but not limited to the Google® Play Store, does not count. Magic Points earned in the Loyalty Program on other platforms cannot be used on iPhone or iPad.

Only genuine play by the account holder counts. Play generated by robots, scripts, macros, emulators, automated or third-party software, or by any means other than genuine human play, is not counted as active play; FGA uses automated checks to detect it. Accounts that use such means, or that do not genuinely play, are excluded from the Promotion, and any prize obtained by these means is cancelled. Any attempt to take part more than once, including by using multiple or different email addresses, accounts, identities, registrations and logins, will void that participant's participation, and that participant may be disqualified. Sponsor and Others are not responsible for participations that are altered, damaged, delayed, deleted, fraudulent, improperly accessed, inaccurate, incomplete, interrupted, irregular in any way, lost, tampered with, unauthorized or otherwise not in compliance with these Rules, or for other errors of any kind, whether due to any electronic, human, technical, mechanical or other cause. Each such participation will be disqualified.

4. HOW WINNERS ARE DETERMINED:

On or about October 18, 2026 at 7:54 AM, the participants are ranked automatically, without any chance, according to the following criteria, applied in this order:

1. Levels completed: the number of levels of the Piggy Prize Game completed during the Promotion Period with the moves given at the start of each level, without any item bought.
2. If equal: the participant who used the fewest moves to complete those levels ranks first.
3. If still equal: the participant with the most active play time during the Promotion Period ranks first.
4. If still equal: the participant whose account was created first, that is, the one with the lowest account number, ranks first. Account numbers are unique, so the ranking never leaves a tie.

All participants play the same levels: each level starts from the same grid, with the same pieces waiting above it, and only the player's moves change which pieces fall next. The prizes listed in Section 5 are awarded in the order of this ranking, one prize per participant. Active play time is the time during which the player is actually playing, as recorded by the game while the device is connected to the internet. A level played with any item bought is not counted. Each Promotion has its own participants, ranking and prizes.

5. MAGIC POINTS DEFINITION: PRIZES:

Magic Points ("Magic Points") are points credited in the Piggy Prize App and used exclusively to obtain the tangible rewards published in the Terms of Service. In the Piggy Prize Game, one thousand (1,000) Magic Points correspond to between 0.010 and 0.018 US dollars of rewards, depending on the reward chosen, based on the prices published in the Terms of Service. This valuation is provided solely for informational purposes and does not confer any fixed cash value, create a right of exchange for cash, or imply any guarantee of equivalence outside the app’s redemption system. Magic Points are non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Magic Points may only be used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Piggy Prize App. Magic points hold no monetary value and may not be redeemed for cash; they can only be exchanged for tangible rewards, as provided in Section 6. Magic Points are never wagered and are never lost through play; in this Promotion, they are awarded only as prizes of free contests, and they can only be exchanged for the rewards of the Piggy Prize Game, at the fixed prices published in the Terms of Service.

The participants ranked first receive, in the order of the ranking, one of the prizes identified in the table below:

• 1,000 MAGIC POINTS with 2 prizes available.
• 2,000 MAGIC POINTS with 2 prizes available.
• 20,000 MAGIC POINTS with 1 prize available.
• 100,000 MAGIC POINTS with 1 prize available.

Limit one prize per person. The highest prize of this Contest corresponds to at most 1.80 US dollars of rewards. The prizes of each Contest are set by a program before the Contest opens, according to the expected number of participants, and are listed in these Official Rules. Prizes therefore vary from one Contest to another, and some Contests include larger prizes. As a limit set by FGA itself, the total value of the prizes of each Contest never exceeds the equivalent of one hundred (100) Canadian dollars.

6. CLAIMING YOUR PRIZE: COLLECTING MAGIC POINTS AND REDEEMING THEM FOR TANGIBLE REWARDS:

The process for converting Magic Points into tangible rewards, including the use of in-game Exchange Reference Units, the exchange rates applicable to the conversion of Magic Points into Exchange Reference Units, and the valuation of each reward in terms of Exchange Reference Units, is fixed, consistent, and predetermined to ensure transparency, clarity, and fairness in the redemption process. These details are comprehensively outlined in Section 5 of the FGA Terms of Service, available at https://rules.universal-game-connect.com/v2/TermsOfService/?lang=en&game=2.

CONTEST NOTIFICATION AND RESPONSIBILITY:

Winners will be notified of their prizes via a push notification within seven (7) days following each Contest. By participating in the Contests, participants agree to receive push notifications related to the Contests. Participants must ensure that push notifications are enabled for the Piggy Prize App on their devices to receive notifications about their prizes. Participants who do not accept or who disable push notifications may not receive timely notification of their prizes. It is the participant’s responsibility to keep push notifications enabled to be informed of any prizes won. Users who choose to disable or refuse push notifications can still request to see recent prizes by logging into the Piggy Prize App. If a participant has won prizes in multiple Contests, the prizes may be consolidated into a single push notification. Notifications will be sent exclusively through push notifications from the app. No email or other external notifications will be provided regarding Contest prizes. It is the participant’s responsibility to check their devices for any push notifications regarding their prizes and to log in to the app to view and claim their prizes.

DISQUALIFICATION AND VERIFICATION PROCEDURES:

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and revoke Magic Points from participants in the event of fraud, abuse, or failure to comply with these Rules. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on a user account, the winning entry will be deemed to belong to the authorized account holder of the Piggy Prize account at the end of the Promotion Period. Please note that a verification procedure will be required during the redemption of any tangible rewards to ensure compliance with eligibility and security protocols.

TAX OBLIGATIONS:

Participants are responsible for any taxes that apply to their prizes and rewards under the laws of their country of residence. The value of each tangible reward is published in the Terms of Service. For participants in the United States, tangible rewards reaching, in total, US$2,000 or more in a calendar year (the reporting threshold of U.S. tax law from 2026, which may be adjusted for inflation from 2027) require the recipient to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 prior to delivery, so that FGA can issue the IRS Form 1099 required by U.S. tax law.

7. LIST OF REWARD RECIPIENTS:

The list of the recipients of tangible rewards, with their first name, the initial of their last name, their country and their reward, is available at any time in the Piggy Prize Game. The ranking and the winners of each Contest are not published; each winner is notified of their prize as set out in Section 6. Personal information is disclosed only to the extent permitted by applicable data protection laws and by the Privacy Policy https://rules.universal-game-connect.com/v2/PrivacyPolicy/?lang=en&game=2.

8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY/RELEASE:

By entering this Promotion, participants agree to abide by and accept these Rules. No liability or responsibility is assumed by Sponsor and Others resulting from any user's participation in or attempt to participate in the Promotion. No responsibility or liability is assumed by Sponsor and Others for technical problems or technical malfunction arising in connection with the Promotion or any unauthorized human or non-human intervention of the operation of the Promotion, including without limitation, tampering, hacking, theft, viruses, bugs, worms or destruction of any aspect of the Promotion.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, A PARTICIPANT RELEASES SPONSOR AND OTHERS FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES OR LIABILITIES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION. BY ACCEPTING A PRIZE, WINNERS AGREE THAT SPONSOR AND OTHERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURY RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION, OR ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF ANY PRIZE OR PRIZE-RELATED ACTIVITY. Nothing in this Section limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including the mandatory rights of consumers (Terms of Service, Section 8).

If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including, but not limited to, infection by computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or terminate the Promotion or any portion of it and proceed in a manner it deems fair and reasonable, including the ranking of the eligible participants recorded prior to such cancellation, modification or termination. Further, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual deemed to be: (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with participation or the operation of the Promotion; (b) violating the Official Rules; or (c) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

9. PRIVACY POLICY:

Any personally identifiable information (“PII”) collected during an entrant’s participation in this Promotion will be collected by the Sponsor and used by the Sponsor and the service providers acting on its behalf, such as couriers, for the purposes of administering and fulfilling the Promotion, as described in these Rules. This collection and usage will be conducted in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and in compliance with all applicable data protection laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where the Promotion is offered. Entrants may have rights under applicable data protection laws, including the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of their personal data. Depending on the jurisdiction, entrants may also have rights to data portability, to object to certain types of data processing, or to request restrictions on processing. By participating in this Promotion, entrants acknowledge the collection, processing, and use of their PII for the purposes outlined above.

10. PUBLICITY RIGHTS:

Winners who choose to send a photograph or a testimonial agree that Sponsor may use it, with their first name, in advertising and promotional materials for the Participating Games, including on the internet, as set out in Section 5.4.1 of the Terms of Service, without additional compensation except where prohibited by law. Sending a photograph or a testimonial is never required to receive a reward.

11. GENERAL:

In no event will more prizes be awarded than are stated in these Rules. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsor and Others are not liable in the event that any portion of the Promotion is cancelled due to weather, fire, strike, acts of war or terrorism, or any other condition beyond their control. These Official Rules are governed by the law set out in Section 12 of the Terms of Service: the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you reside. Any dispute is resolved as provided in Section 12 of the Terms of Service. All judgments or awards shall be limited to actual incurred out-of-pocket expenses (excluding attorneys' fees) associated with participation in this Promotion and shall not include any indirect, punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages. This limitation does not apply to consumers residing in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, or where the law does not allow it (Terms of Service, Sections 8 and 12). Sponsor's decisions shall be final in all matters pertaining to this Promotion. The Promotion is offered only in the jurisdictions listed in Section 1; it is not offered in Puerto Rico.

12. LEGAL RULES AND INFORMATION FOR SPECIFIC STATES:

The rules set forth below apply to specific countries in accordance with the laws of those jurisdictions. If you reside in one of these countries, these rules will govern your participation in this Promotion. Please review them carefully to ensure compliance.
a) Australia: No chance is involved in the Promotion. The laws of the Australian States and Territories on trade promotion lotteries apply to promotions whose winners are determined by chance; they do not apply to this Promotion, which is open to residents of all Australian States and Territories.
b) Canada: Winners are determined on the basis of skill, as set out in Section 4. Prior to the delivery of a tangible gift exchanged against Magic Points, recipients residing in Canada must also correctly answer a general knowledge question presented within the application.
c) South Africa: For residents of South Africa, the Promotion is a competition in which success depends to a substantial degree on skill, as set out in Section 4.
